All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, carrier disruptions, or high seasonal demand.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Julie Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
